Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
All our products are made to order. Most of the products are ready to ship in 3-4 business days.
Products are shipped standard mail which can take up to 5 days to receive once shipped. You can upgrade the shipping at check out to receive it faster.
Will you send a design proof?
Proofs are sent for hard cover journals only. We can provide proofs of other items (notebooks, sketchbooks etc.) on request, but this will slow processing time and may delay your ship date. If you would like a proof of product please let me know in the notes at check out or email me directly.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Things can happen during shipping, so if you receive your order and it is damaged we will be happy to replace it free of charge with an identical item. Please contact us immediately if there's a problem with your order. Email us the photos of your damaged items and we will start the reprint process right away. Note that we don’t offer reprints due to spelling or grammatical errors in the text you submit with your order. Be sure to double-check your personalization before submitting your order.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! You can upgrade your shipping at check out.
Do you accept returns?
Since all the products are personalized I don't accept returns. But I would be more than happy to reprint the item if the error was made on my part on the item you received. Just email me and let me know!
What if I choose to return the item?
If you want to return the item I would be more than happy to work something out with you. You would be responsible for the return shipping cost if you decide to do that. At the end of the day I want you to be happy with your purchase. So I will try by best to resolve any problems you might have. I'm pretty easy to work with!
